Seven Sundays recently transitioned to a completely gluten-free product line that includes its newly launched soft-baked Squares. Typically served with milk, yogurt or hot water, muesli is a relative newcomer to the U.S. cereal and snack aisles. Made fresh in Minnesota, Seven Sundays muesli is 100 precent whole grain, Non-GMO Project Verified and never uses any artificial ingredients, preservatives or refined sugar in its recipes.

Three Muesli Square recipes are available: Blueberry Lemon & Chia, Banana Toasted Pecan and Cocoa Pumpkin Seed. Each 2-ounce Square contains a full serving of 100 percent whole grain oats and is boosted with nuts and seeds for protein, and real fruits, all pressed together with sunflower seed butter, coconut oil, date paste and organic honey. The Squares are nutrient-dense and provide sustained energy without sacrificing taste.

Seven Sundays’ five core muesli flavors are sold in 12-ounce pouches and “Minne” 2-ounce portable cups. The updated Original Cinnamon Currant and Bircher Apple Cinnamon flavors include buckwheat and sorghum in place of rye and barley, as well as certified gluten-free oats. All five core flavors, including already gluten-free Blueberry Chia Buckwheat and Vanilla Cherry Pecan, and the company’s new Cocoa & Coconut muesli began appearing on conventional and natural grocery shelves nationwide in early 2016.

“Our muesli is a simple, unprocessed mix of nuts, seeds, fruits and whole grains that do not inherently require gluten,” says Seven Sundays co-founder and CEO Hannah Barnstable. “Implementing slight modifications that hold true to our flavor profiles and nutritional panels has been a seamless process.”
