MINNEAPOLIS -- Supervalu here said last week it has named William J. Bolton as corporate executive vice president and president and chief operating officer for retail food companies. He succeeds Larry Anderson, who left Supervalu earlier this year. Bolton, 51, was chairman and chief executive officer of Bruno's, Birmingham, Ala.
