| NOTES | In October 2016 completed its merger with another Top 75 retailer-owned wholesale food co-operative Affiliated Foods Midwest keeping the AWG name and claiming a combined membership of more than 1000 in 35 states. The six corporate stores run by AWG are believed to generate less than 1% of the company's total sales. The wholesaler ended the fiscal year with 12 Earth Origins stores. Those 12 stores are believed to have generated less than 5% of total sales while unspecified international sales to countries outside of Canada amounted to less than 4% of sales. Latest and preceding fiscal-years sales generation benefited from several acquisitions of distributors and merchandisers including Gourmet Guru Inc. in fiscal 2017 and Global Organic/Specialty Source Inc.; Nor-Cal Produce Inc.; and Haddon House Food Products Inc. _ all in fiscal 2016. |
