ST. LOUIS -- The Earthgrains Company here has promoted John W. Iselin Jr. to the newly created position of president of worldwide bakery products.

Replacing Iselin in his previous post, as president of Earthgrains' U.S. Bakery Products, is Barry M. Horner, who steps up from his position as vice president of operations for U.S. Bakery. Horner will oversee all U.S. bakery operations and report directly to Iselin.
