Greco, right, senior VP of sales for Frito-Lay North America, was given the Outstanding Champion Award by the Network of Executive Women last week at its fifth annual award reception in Chicago during the FMI Show. Greco was honored for his leadership on diversity both in his company and throughout the industry.
