ST. LOUIS -- Schnuck Markets Inc. has named Michael O'Brien director of produce, responsible for produce and floral operations for all of the company's 93 stores in Missouri, Illinois and Indiana. He replaces Bruce Knobeloch, who left the company. O'Brien was most recently the division manager for ten Schnuck Markets stores in the three states, and had eight years previous experience as a store manager in Creve Coeur and Dellwood, Mo., and Evansville, Ind. O'Brien will report directly to Randy Wedel, senior vice president of marketing and merchandising.
