on a portion of land that's part of the nation's second-oldest dairy farm. It is also considering its first out-of-state location in Tarrytown, N.Y., he noted. According to Leonard, the Connecticut site "is more romantic," but the Tarrytown site, in Westchester County north of New York City, "is better from a financial standpoint, with 1.5 million mostly high-income shoppers within a 15-mile radius."
