Fresh Seasons Plans Second Location

Single-store independent operator Fresh Seasons is planning to open its second location, owner Dale Riley told SN yesterday.

VICTORIA, Minn. — Single-store independent operator Fresh Seasons is planning to open its second location here, owner Dale Riley told SN yesterday. “We think our concept will be well received by the community,” he said. Riley, a former Lunds/Bylerly’s and Rainbow Foods executive, said he hopes to break ground on the 25,000-square-foot location by October and open by next April. Riley and his partners opened the first Fresh Seasons in Minnetonka, Minn., in 2005, with a focus on high-end offerings and high levels of service. Victoria, an upscale community, currently lacks a supermarket, Riley said.
