SCHNUCK PROMOTES BAKERY OFFICIAL

ST. LOUIS -- Schnuck Markets has promoted Bill Mihu to vice president of bakery, a newly created position within the company, which operates 92 stores in Missouri, Illinois and Indiana. Previously, Mihu had been director of bakery for the chain. Mihu joined the company as a clerk at a Schnuck's store in Granite City, Ill., in 1974. In his new position, Mihu will report to Bob Drury, senior vice president, logistics, manufacturing and information systems.
