Angie’s Boomchickapop Brings Organic Popcorn to Hungry Snackers

The two USDA certified organic varieties will start hitting shelves in early 2015. “This organic line extension is an exciting and new territory for us, and we’re excited to hear what our fans think,” says Angie Bastian, co-founder of Angie’s Boomchickapop. “Now we’ve added even more totally fantastical flavors to give all of our fans more options at snack time.”   Angie’s Maple Sea Salt is made with organic popcorn, sunflower oil and maple syrup at 80 calories a cup, while the Sea Salt & Vinegar uses organic white vinegar and is 60 calories a cup, say company officials. Each batch of Angie's popcorn and kettle corn is Kosher and Gluten-Free Certified, and made from non-GMO popcorn.
