The Sheffield & Sons brand extension could feature spices packaged in corked test tubes.

Designed by Charlotte-based shopper marketing and advertising agency Birdsong Gregory to have an old-fashioned butcher shop feel, the brand launched last April with USDA Choice Angus beef and has since grown to include all-natural pork.

Complementary knives and spices packaged in corked test tubes could be added to the mix as Bloom is “exploring extending the brand into those two channels,” Jim Cussom, president of Birdsong Gregory, told SN.
