NorthWest Specialty Baking Mixes has a new Dassant branded premium baking mix offering. Eight new flavors feature classic favorites that provide a strategic advantage to retailers, say company officials. Like Dassant’s Super Premium Baking Mixes currently on the market, each of the eight new mixes are made with high-quality ingredients, officials add. Everyday staples include Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Honey Cornbread Mix, Fudge Brownie Mix and Carrot Cake Mix.  Sugar Cookie Mix, Gingerbread Cake and Cookie Mix and Pumpkin Bread Mix are available seasonally.
