FARM FRESH NAMES DAUGHTRY BAKERY VP

has appointed Don Daughtry to the newly created position of vice president of bakery merchandising.

Most recently, Daughtry was a consultant to Abel & Schafer, a Ronkonkoma, N.Y.-based manufacturer of bread and bakery mixes.

In his new post, he reports to Steve Harmon, senior vice president of marketing and merchandising.

In another move, John Cannistra, who had held executive posts in Farm Fresh's bakery and deli departments, has left the company to accept a position at Boar's Head Provisions Co., Brooklyn, N.Y. His last title at Farm Fresh was vice president, deli merchandising.

Parco Hires Kozlowski as VP

BLUE ISLAND, Ill. -- Parco Foods here, a manufacturer of specialty bakery products, has hired Dennis P. Kozlowski as vice president of operations.

Most recently, he was vice president of operations for the Salty Snack Division of Keebler Co., Elmhurst, Ill.

In his new post, Kozlowski reports to Richard A. Kent, president. The company did not disclose whose responsibilities Kozlowski was taking over.
