Fazoli’s is extending its brand to supermarkets with the launch of five new snacks and appetizers.fazolis logo in a gray background | fazolis The chain has launched five snacks and appetizers, which are perfect for serving by themselves for a quick bite or as part of a meal, say company officials. The offerings include Mozzarella Stuffed Mini Breadsticks, Parmesan Boneless Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Alfredo Flatbread, Lasagna Fritta and Six Cheese Toasted Ravioli. Sizes range from 8.5 to 11 ounces. “By distributing these unique products at retail we will increase our brand presence among consumers and offer them premium items that are inspired by items we serve in our restaurants,” said Carl Howard, president and CEO of Fazoli’s. “We continually serve our dine-in guests new and inventive meals, and with this product extension we will expand our customer base further.” Marketing support for the product launch includes multiple coupon promotions. Fazoli’s has partnered on this new venture with Intevation Food Group, a manufacturer and processor committed to providing top-quality snacks and appetizers. The company works closely with its partners to match their product specifications and optimize retailing opportunities to enhance their brands. “Fazoli’s is a dynamic brand that is well-positioned to leverage its reputation in the retail market and generate strong sales with its innovative products,” said Dan Horan of Intevation Food Group. “The care and devotion Fazoli’s gives to the recipes used in restaurant meals are reflected in the snacks and appetizers now available for consumers to enjoy at home.”
