ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. — Unilever will begin using 100% certified cage-free eggs in its Hellmanns' Light Mayonnaise recipe in the U.S., it announced recently.

It intends to use cage-free eggs in its Real Mayonnaise, Canola Cholesterol Free, Olive Oil and Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing once a certifiable and consistent supply becomes available in North America.
