Late July’s Clásico Tortilla Chips, rolling into stores now, are the brand’s boldest chips yet. “My family and I are obsessed with the amazingly delicious flavors served up at our favorite taco trucks,” says Nicole Bernard Dawes, founder and CEO of Late July, “so we used them as inspiration while developing the flavors for our newest line - The Clásicos.” Company officials say the products are made with Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified stone ground corn, and topped with irresistible flavor combinations. They describe the flavors as follows: Bacon Habanero – Classic yellow corn tortilla chips seasoned with spicy habanero peppers and a sweet, smoky bacon flavor. Jalapeño Lime – Classic yellow corn tortilla chips seasoned with a bold kick of jalapeño pepper and the freshness of real lime. Nacho Chipotle – Classic yellow corn tortilla chips generously covered in organic cheese blended with a hint of chipotle pepper. Crispy Yellow Corn – Classic corn tortilla chips made with stone ground yellow corn and lightly salted. They are gluten-free, nut-free, Kosher and all, except for Nacho Chipotle, are vegan, company officials add. They are currently rolling into stores nationwide just in time for the Super Bowl, March Madness and Cinco de Mayo. The suggested retail price for all flavors is $3.69 for a 5.5-ounce bag.
