Mr. Cheese O’s is entering the $80 billion sweet and salty snack category with its crunchy cheese snacks. Made by Sonoma Creamery, the hormone free, all-natural, gluten-free cheeses, are available in New York City and California and will sold nationwide by September. Available in four flavors – Original Parmesan, Cheddar, Tuscan Herb and Sweet Chili — Mr. Cheese O’s are made with 100% real Sonoma Cheese, organic quinoa and other ancient grains; contain no artificial ingredients, hormones, sugar, trans fats or preservatives; pack 10 grams of protein, only 6 grams of carbs and 25% of daily calcium intake in each pack; and feature only 75 calories per serving. “Mr. Cheese O’s is a snack parents have been craving: something they can serve guiltlessly, that their kids will love, and something they will snack on themselves,” says John Crean, Sonoma Creamery’s CEO. “As we roll out nationally, we look forward to introducing Mr. Cheese O’s crunchy great taste, natural ingredients and friendly nutrition label to people across the country in the coming months.” MrCheeseOsNewFamilyShot logo in a gray background | MrCheeseOsNewFamilyShotNew York City’s Murray’s Cheese shop is Mr. Cheese O’s inaugural retail partner in New York with product in stock just in time for the Summer Fancy Food Show. In California, retail partners at launch include Andronico’s Community Markets, Big John’s Market, Bolinas People’s Store, Broadway Market, Draegers, Fircrest Market, G&G Supermarket, Glenn Ellen Market, Lunardi’s, Mendocino Market, Mollie Stone’s Markets, Nugget Markets, Oliver’s Market and Sonoma Market. “We’re incredibly excited to have the connoisseurs at Murray’s Cheese Shop as our launch partner in New York City, who chose to offer Mr. Cheese O’s to their customers after tasting our products and speaking with us about our shared commitment to using natural, high quality ingredients,” says Crean. “We’re also grateful to have received tremendous support for Mr. Cheese O’s in California from many retailers who have been friends of Sonoma Creamery for generations.
