Victoria Fine Foods (VFF) launched four new on-trend products at the 2016 Summer Fancy Food Show on June 26-28, 2016 at the Javits Center in New York City.

Brooklyn-based Victoria Fine Foods, founded in 1929, is the first major pasta sauce company to put its ingredients on the front of its premium sauce label.

“Just like our hometown of Brooklyn, Victoria is setting the pace on the cutting-edge of the food revolution,” says Tim Shanley, CEO, Victoria Fine Foods. “As culinary trends continue to evolve and consumers become more health and socially-minded, our mission is to offer the most relevant selection of products, while never losing our heritage of delicious homemade taste, made the way you would – slow cooked, using only the highest-quality ingredients. What speaks to that better than our new Marinara made with health-friendly Avocado Oil?”

The new sauces include:  New! Marinara with Avocado Oil made with antioxidant-rich avocado oil sold in 24 oz Jars;  New! Chef Collection – Pasta in Premium Sauce available in Penne Marinara & Penne Alla Vodka, sold in 24 oz Jars; New! Pizza Sauce made exclusively for pizza! The sauce has a clean label and is slow kettle-cooked and made without tomato paste or added sugar, sold in 14 oz Jars; New & Improved! Simmer Sauces with clean labels and simplified ingredient list. Available in three classic Italian varieties: Marsala, Francese and Cacciatore. Sold in 16 oz Jars.
