Dierbergs has introduced eight new varieties to its selection of Global Bowls, a line of international rice and noodle bowls available in the deli.

The new bowls are Asian-inspired and include varieties like Bangkok Coconut Curry Grilled Chicken Rice Noodle Bowl, Korean Gochujang Grilled Chicken Udon Noodle Bowl and Sriracha Sweet & Spicy Vegetarian Lo Mein Noodle Bowl.

The 25-store, Chesterfield, Mo.-based chain debuted nine kinds of Global Bowls earlier this year. Unlike the original varieties, which are chilled and ready-to-eat, the new flavors are heat-and-eat. None of the bowls contain artificial colors or flavors, high fructose corn syrup, MSG or trans fats.

A Dierbergs spokesperson could not immediately be reached for comment on the new varieties.
