Leonardis joins Allegiance in accounting role

Barbara Leonardis has joined Allegiance Retail Services as an accounting manager, the Iselin, N.J.-based retail services company said Monday.

Barbara Leonardis has joined Allegiance Retail Services as an accounting manager, the Iselin, N.J.-based retail services company said Monday. Her responsibilities will include financial, cash management, general ledger and accounts receivable functions.

Leonardis was most recently a staff accountant at Petro located in South Plainfield, N.J. She also spent more than two years as as a retail accountant at Fairway Markets. Prior to Fairway, she worked as a controller and director of administration at Key Food for four years, and was a senior financial manager with Wakefern Food Corp.

“Barbara’s vast knowledge and experience with both financial and retail accounting will be a great benefit to Allegiance. I am proud to welcome Barbara to our team,” Gene Fradella, VP and CFO of Allegiance said in a statement.
