Sprouts Farmers Market said Tuesday that it had closed on the sale of 15.8 million shares of stock by Apollo Global Management. The sale at $35.30 per share represented all of the remaining stock in the company owned by Apollo, which had gradually sold its shares in a series of offerings. Sprouts did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
