Food Lion’s grocery pickup service is expanding to 25 more stores in North and South Carolina.

With the addition of these stores, the omnichannel retailer now offers Food Lion To-Go pickup or home delivery at 86% of its 10-state operating area, the grocer said on Monday.

“With some of the busiest months ahead for our customers, we are excited to expand this convenient service to more stores in the Food Lion footprint so our customers can spend more time on what matters most to them,” said Evan Harding, Food Lion’s director of Digital and eCommerce, in a statement. “With the Food Lion To-Go service, we provide our neighbors the option to shop through the channel they prefer, in-store or online, still ensuring they have access to the freshest groceries at affordable prices.”

On Friday, Food Lion expanded its home delivery availability in Georgia and South Carolina. It is now available at more than 650 stores across its 10-state footprint.

To make holiday shopping easier, customers can see availability and place orders through the grocery retailer’s website or on the Food Lion To-Go app. Shoppers can link their personal Food Lion MVP savings loyalty card to their account, use digital coupons and redeem their “Shop & Earn” MVP rewards program savings.

The pickup service is available seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pickup service, where allowed by law, lets customers 21 and older purchase beer and wine through To Go. As an incentive, the grocery retailer is offering shoppers their first pickup for free, Food Lion said in a statement.

Food Lion is an Ahold Delhaize banner based in North Carolina.

On Monday, Ahold Delhaize announced the closing of its $1.6 billion sustainability-linked revolving credit facility.  The new facility increases the total revolving commitments from $1.1 billion to $1.6 billion, reduces Ahold Delhaize’s borrowing costs, and extends the maturity date to December 2027, which may be further extended pursuant to two 12-month extension options.
