Raley’s has promoted Laura Croff to SVP of people, the West Sacramento, Calif.-based retailer announced July 6. She will work closely with the executive committee to ensure Raley’s continues to elevate a culture that attracts, retains and develops the best teams.

Croff was previously promoted from senior director of human resources to VP of people in December 2018. She has more than 20 years of human resources experience, including 13 years serving Raley’s in various roles in human resources and labor relations.  

 “A proven professional, Laura is dedicated to ensuring Raley’s is a place where team members thrive,” said Keith Knopf, president and CEO of Raley’s. “Her focus on our business strategies and team member experience and ongoing dedication to advancing Raley’s social responsibility have and will continue to make a difference.”
