Seiler brings over 15 years of experience to her new role. She joined Festival Foods in 2020 as finance director, where she spearheaded the transformation of finance and accounting functions for the grocery retailer. Seiler also led the team to select, trial, and pilot cash recyclers and holds a key leadership position in the implementation of Symphony Retail AI for Festival Foods.

“Crystal’s promotion to vice president of finance is the result of the positive impact she’s made on our company thus far, and I’m confident she will continue to contribute to our financial strategies and the continued success of our organization,” said Kirk Stoa, executive vice president and CFO at Festival Foods, in a statement.

Festival Foods opened its first store in 1946 and now operates 41 locations across Wisconsin, according to the retailer’s website.
