Duda is Mixing Up Produce-inspired Cocktails

DudaFreshFoods_cocktailsDuda Farm Fresh Foods is providing a unique experience to attendees of the upcoming PMA Foodservice Conference & Expo by presenting the company’s custom cocktails at several restaurants and bars in Monterey from July 26 to July 28, 2013. The cocktails, inspired by the company’s farm fresh celery, Meyer lemon and Citrine products, will be served at hot spots throughout Monterey in an effort to showcase the company’s ability to seamlessly provide its foodservice clients with the high quality fresh produce items that are inspiring creativity in restaurants and bars. “Creative cocktails are a great way to deliver farm freshness and flavor to your foodservice patrons,” says Nichole Towell, director of marketing for Duda Farm Fresh Foods. “By offering the PMA guests a taste of Duda’s fresh products in restaurants and bars across Monterey, our hope is to not only delight people but to ignite ideas about how products like Meyer lemons and clementines can accompany celery on the cocktail list at your foodservice establishment.” Duda Farm Fresh Foods plans to kick off the weekend with a complimentary cocktail tasting on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Cibo Italian Restaurant from 10 pm to 12 am.  The company will feature three custom cocktails that are absolutely free of charge to guests, including: • Dandy Meyer Lemon Martini • Dandy Celery Martini • Citrine Champagne Cocktail In addition, guests will find Dandy celery and Meyer lemons garnishing their cocktails at restaurants like Jacks Restaurant & Lounge in the Portola Hotel, Schooners Coastal Kitchen & Bar in the Monterey Plaza and Three Flags Cafe in the Monterey Marriott. During the PMA Foodservice Expo on Sunday, July 28, 2013, Duda Farm Fresh Foods will offer guests of the tradeshow complimentary cocktails and street tacos at booth #137.  All attendees of the PMA Foodservice Conference & Expo are invited to visit the booth for a sample.
