Dutch Farms has unveiled a line of shredded cheese cups. The Chicago-based company says it is catering to food enthusiasts who seek authentic cheeses to use in salads, pastas and appetizers during the holiday season.

The products include Dutch Farms Shredded Parmesan cups (12/5-ounce), Grated Parmesan cups (12/5-ounce) and Shredded Asiago cups (12/5-ounce).

The shredded and grated Parmesan have been aged more than 10 months, and the Asiago cheese has been aged for more than six months. The Parmesan and the Asiago cheeses are all natural and gluten-free.

“Dutch Farms is excited to bring premium cheese to the dairy case. The aged shredded/grated cheese is now being offered in convenient cups and is the perfect complement to your favorite recipes” says Joel Boomsma, Dutch Farms vice president national sales director.

Founded in 1987, family-owned Dutch Farms distributes dairy, deli, meat and bakery products throughout the U.S.
