Handmade at Friendly’s creamery in Wilbraham, Mass., company officials say that Friendly’s Reese’s Pieces Ice Cream Cake serves as the ultimate celebratory treat for chocolate and peanut butter lovers, alike, boasting rich peanut butter ice cream loaded with mini Reese’s Pieces candies, Reese’s Pieces topping, and a freshly whipped icing border. The Reese’s Pieces cake is one of two Reese’s ice cream cakes resulting from Friendly’s partnership with The Hershey Company, which includes the 60-ounce Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Cake. “Together, Friendly’s and The Hershey Company have introduced great tasting and innovative ice cream treats, and our new Reese’s Pieces Ice Cream Cake is a dessert we believe will be a hit with ice cream fans across the country,” says John Maguire, president and CEO of Friendly’s.
