Extra Bold HR hi-res(1) logo in a gray background | Extra Bold HR hi-res(1)Tulkoff Food Products has introduced Extra Bold Horseradish Sauce, which company officials say is the spiciest combination of fresh horseradish and mayonnaise the brand has ever made. The freshly prepared refrigerated sauce is described as “extra bold” made with 35% more horseradish than their popular Tiger Horseradish Sauce in response to consumer requests for spicier food and condiment offerings.

Tulkoff Extra Bold Horseradish Sauce is packaged in an 18-ounce squeeze bottle with a suggested retail between $5.00 and $6.00. It can be merchandised in the refrigerated deli, condiment and/or dairy cases, and is also available for foodservice. “Our customers have spoken, and simply put, they want spicier sauce options from us,” says Phil Tulkoff, president of Tulkoff Food Products, based in Baltimore. “This sauce can be used across multiple menu offerings and dayparts as a mayonnaise replacement for items that need a kick. For foodservice operators looking for that intense horseradish heat that knocks their heads back, this is their product.” The Extra Bold Horseradish Sauce also debuts the company’s on-package branding for gluten-free.
