Jarlsberg has introduced its Snøfrisk cream cheese to the U.S. market. The cream cheese is made from 80 percent goat's milk and 20 percent cow's cream. A touch of salt is the only added ingredient. It does not have artificial additives, preservatives or colorants.

The creamy consistency of the cheese makes it perfect for use on a cracker, on rye bread or as snack together with fresh cut vegetables, nuts or honey, say company officials.

The Original flavor is available in the U.S., and Jarlsberg plans to bring more flavors that are popular in Norway and Scandinavian countries including Red Onion & Thyme, Horseradish, and Dill and Wild Ramson Garlic to the market soon.
