Litehouse has unveiled its Guacamole Herb Blend, which combines dried and freeze-dried herbs and spices to create a simple ingredient panel of: cilantro, red onion, tomato, lemon, cumin, red pepper and garlic to make homemade guacamole simple.

To make guacamole, consumers just mix the guacamole herb blend with avocado, salt and freshly squeezed lime juice. Each jar makes four batches of guacamole and contains no additives or preservatives, and is non-GMO and gluten-free.

“The secret to making perfect guacamole is perfecting the blend of spices,” says Theresa Lindholm, brand manager, Litehouse. “We’re excited to introduce a new and simple way to make homemade guacamole that will have family and guests begging for your secret recipe.”

The new guacamole blend joins Litehouse herb line which includes 17 different freeze dried herbs ranging from mint, basil and cilantro to ginger and thyme. The herbs instantly rehydrate with a small amount of moisture and are a great way to add loads of flavor without sodium, calories or fat to any dish or recipe. All Instantly Fresh Herb products have no additives, no preservatives, no sodium, and are non-GMO and gluten-free.

Available June 15 in produce departments, the Litehouse Guacamole Herb Blend will retail for $4.99 per jar.
