Mann Packing Debuts Arcadian Harvest Organic Salad Blend

Mann Packing has debuted its Arcadian Harvest Organic salad blend for foodservice and Organic Veggie trays. The Organic Veggie trays feature new packaging, say company officials. 

Mann's Arcadian Harvest Organic blend combines four lettuce varieties to create a striking mix of textures and colors, providing the perfect starring ingredient for any salad, say officials. With a mild flavor profile that offers a wide variety of prep options, Arcadian Harvest Organic effectively replaces and upstages spring mix, officials add. It also boasts a superior shelf life and more portions per pound.

Mann’s 18-ounce Organic Veggie tray is all-natural and includes 100 percent organic vegetables and organic creamy ranch dressing. The tray is filled with healthy broccoli, celery, and carrots and is sold in the U.S. and Canada. 

“Organic sales have continued to climb in both foodservice and retail, and the demand has created a great opportunity for us to bring quality organic products to market,” says Kim St George, director of marketing and brand management at Mann’s.
