Nasoya Debuts Three Tofu Products

Nasoya will add three products to its expansive line of USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified tofu products. The products, which include Organic Extra Firm Tofu Twin Pack, Organic Sprouted Super Firm Vacuum Packed Tofu and Organic Tofu Vegetable Dumplings, offer convenient, plant-based meal solutions that meet consumer needs.

Nasoya's Organic Extra Firm Tofu Twin Pack comes in a more convenient and sustainable package, containing two separate servings that allow consumers to save the unused portion or even split the pack to make varying recipes. Company officials say Twin Pack offers convenience and freshness without having to worry about wasting unused portions, a growing concern for the estimated 20 percent of American families who throw away excess food, according to Natural Resources Defense Council.

For the tofu novice, the improved Organic Sprouted Super Firm Vacuum Packed Tofu is the perfect option, taking all of the work out of preparing tofu—no water and no mess, officials add. Already pressed and drained, all that's required is adding a favorite seasoning.

The third new product coming to the produce aisle this fall is Nasoya Tofu Vegetable Dumplings. The ready to cook meal or snack—the first fresh and organic dumpling on the market, say officials—is prepared in as little as five minutes. Simply pan fry or boil for an appetizing dish filled with iron and vitamin A.

Like all Nasoya tofu products, these new items are USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified. Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu Twin Pack and Tofu Vegetable Dumplings are available at grocers nationwide this fall and can be found in the refrigerated case in the produce section or in the dairy aisle. Organic Sprouted Super Firm Vacuum Packed Tofu will be rolling out in spring 2017.
