Komen and featuring limited edition pink packaging throughout the month of October. The in-store pink packaging and promotional materials will include all NatureSweet brands, including Cherubs, SunBursts and Glorys tomatoes. “We all know someone who has been affected by breast cancer, and we believe it’s important to support Susan G. Komen’s work to raise awareness about this disease and to support the research needed to find a cure,” says Michael Joergensen, NatureSweet’s Marketing Director. “Susan G. Komen is leading the fight against breast cancer, at both the local level and on a global scale, and we are proud to partner with them.” In its second year of partnering with Susan G. Komen, NatureSweet is doubling its donation and featuring all brands in the pink packaging. NatureSweet’s $100,000 donation to Susan G. Komen is guaranteed and consumer purchases are not tied to the donation. Susan G. Komen is the foremost entity in the fight against breast cancer, with 115 affiliates in cities across the United States and partnerships in more than 30 countries. Thanks to support from partners like NatureSweet, Susan G. Komen has invested nearly $2.2 billion in research and life-saving community programs since 1982.
