Avocados From Mexico will showcase the largest marketing program in the brand’s history at the 2013 Produce Marketing Association’s (PMA) Fresh Summit. The new national campaign kicks-off with a month-long integrated promotion that runs during Major League Baseball playoffs. The Avocado All-Stars promotion is an integrated campaign including TV, print and digital advertising, in-store signage and a full promotional program. As the number one selling avocado and reigning category leader, Avocados From Mexico has the industry knowledge, breadth of programs and volume of fruit to keep growth and momentum going strong. PMA attendees who stop by the Avocados From Mexico booth can meet the new team and learn more about marketing and promotions, in-store merchandising and more scheduled for 2014. Booth visitors can see the new Avocados From Mexico TV spots and preview football season plans, while enjoying recipes that take avocados from occasional treat to an everyday essential. Also, back by popular demand is the colorful and glamorous ambassador of Avocados From Mexico, Miss Ava Cado, who will be at the booth all weekend for free photos with attendees. Those who “flash their smile” will also receive free New Orleans-style beads. Additionally, Avocados From Mexico is sponsoring the General Session Breakfast at PMA on Saturday, October 19, to highlight the brand’s new positioning and vision.
