Mini_Display_Shipper logo in a gray background | Mini_Display_ShipperPotandon Produce announces the return of its Mini Potato Display Shipper for the 2015 spring/summer selling season. Originally developed as a secondary display for the Klondike Gourmet Mini Potato line, these shippers exceeded expectations, company officials say; retailers kept asking for them, so Potandon responded with the reprise.   Dick Thomas, senior vice president of sales says, “The mini potato segment of our business has been growing steadily and this selling unit has proven itself to be a key in establishing new business for Potandon.” The shippers are compact with a small footprint, are easily refillable and durable enough to last all summer, officials add.   With the summer heat and high levels of humidity right around the corner, these cardboard units are shipped empty. They are designed so that setting up and stocking them take should just a few minutes, as they are mostly prefabricated. There are six different varieties of 24-ounce mini potatoes which can be used to fill the unit. Shippers will be available Friday, April 10.
