Stefano Foods has introduced three 22-ounce pizzas in bakeable packaging, along with two 8-ounce Strombolis and two 9-ounce Paninis.

The new pizza items include The Five Cheese, The Veggie and The Four Meat. Each pizza starts with Stefano Foods’ all-natural crust, which is hand-made with classical Italian style ingredients including “OO” Flour, oil and a hint of Garlic. All three pizzas are topped with the company's rich small-batch marinara sauce.

The Five Cheese pizza has creamy mozzarella and provolone, mild Wisconsin cheddar and sharp, nutty parmesan and romano. The Veggie pizza includes strips of red, green and yellow bell peppers, diced roma tomatoes, white onions and sliced cremini mushrooms. The Four Meat pizza is topped with zesty pepperoni, traditional Italian sausage, beef crumbles and smoky bacon.

The pizzas are packaged in sustainable, recyclable and bakeable packaging—just remove the clear lid and plastic wrap and slide the pizza in its tray right into the oven. The baking tray aligns with Stefano Foods’ tradition of convenience given that there is no clean up required.

Packaging assures an extended retail shelf life that can last up to five days after thawing for pizza products. In addition, the baking tray is comprised of oven safe packaging that is certified as fully recyclable material to help meet sustainability demands.

The new Paninis items include the Three Meat Panini and Chicken Caesar Panini, which begin with Stefano Foods’ small batch bread dough. Each is filled with top quality ingredients. The Three Meat Panini is stuffed with zesty pepperoni, salami and Virginia ham with creamy mozzarella and provolone cheeses. The Chicken Caesar Panini includes a flavorful combination of seasoned chicken strips, smoky bacon, green onions and three Italian style cheeses—provolone, parmesan and roman. This is then mixed with classic Caesar dressing. Each Panini is topped with more parmesan and romano cheese and Italian herbs and grilled in house.

The Italian Sausage and Peppers Stromboli is filled with traditional fennel Italian sausage with red, green and yellow bell peppers picked at their peak ripeness. Their fluffy small batch pizza dough surrounds these fillings. It is topped with parmesan and romano cheeses with Italian herbs and then fire-baked.

Both Panini and Stromboli include a 2-ounce pack of rich Pomodoro dipping sauce made with vine-ripened tomatoes and Italian herbs and seasonings.

These products are packed in sustainable, recyclable and bakeable packaging—just remove the clear lid and sauce pack and place the Panini or Stromboli in its tray into your choice of microwave or conventional oven. The baking tray encases food items inside a clear plastic dome that allows for damage-free stacking. Operators will also receive Stefano Foods’ product in fully packaged material that is ready for store display.

Packaging for the Panini and Stromboli assures an extended retail shelf life that can last up to 14 days.
