The Omelet Rolls are made with cage-free eggs and come in Egg with Salt & Pepper, Egg & Cheeses, and Egg White Spinach & Herb flavors. Each Omelet Roll contains 6-8 grams of protein. The Egg Bites come in two-packs in three varieties: Cheese, Bacon & Cheese, and Sausage & Cheese. Each have 15-17 grams of protein per two-bite serving.
