Cascade Glacier has launched Dairy-Free Ice Cream in 3-gallon tubs for foodservice retailers. Available in chocolate and vanilla flavors, the new ice cream is made from plant-based ingredients. The chocolate and vanilla flavors can serve as a base sundaes, smoothies and milkshakes, the company said. The new products are available through distributors such as US Foods and Chef’store.
