What’s the best part of your job?
When I think about the best part of my job, I immediately think about two specific things. One, the ability to help clients strategically find growth. Being called upon and trusted to help clients find alternative or new ways of operating to ultimately find new growth is extremely rewarding and motivating. The second area is helping to develop associates. Being able to witness the development and growth into one’s potential is always special for me and much of the time, I feel as though I have benefited most from the journey.
What inspires your leadership approach?
My leadership approach is driven by my passion for the business and operating with integrity. Being exposed to so many wonderful companies, organizations and industry associates who dedicate themselves with so much energy to advance the business motivates and challenges me to be a better leader. Operating with integrity, along with other deeply held core values, guides my decision-making and significantly impacts all of my relationships.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?
The people and relationships. I am in an industry where so many are so willing to care for one another and have a willingness to work together to solve the largest business challenges. Subsequently, this manifests itself to very deep and sustaining relationships that extends well beyond professional quarters.
