Brockmans Gin, a super-premium, new-style gin, is welcoming the change of season with recipes perfect for Fall and Winter. Each cocktail has been artfully crafted to highlight the unique botanicals of Brockmans Gin. The offerings provide a hearty twist on the classic martini for Fall and a warming embrace of a traditional wintertime punch; two new recipes that answer the call for something new as the weather cools.
“Gin is not just for summer,” says Bob Fowkes, co-founder of Brockmans Gin. “Brockmans Gin creates the perfect base for cocktails suitable for Fall and Winter which are every bit as refreshing as gin & tonic for summer. For customers who look for flavorful interpretations of the time-honored martini or the traditional seasonal punch, the Brockfast Martini and Hot Apple Punch are simple to make and deliver comforting flavors to welcome the cooler months ahead.”
With its combination of botanicals—including blueberry, blackberry, and orange peel—Brockmans Gin draws out the smooth and fruity flavors that combine sublimely in the Brockfast Martini cocktail recipe. The mingling of fresh lemon juice and triple sec sweetened with blackberry or blueberry syrup, accented with a spoonful of orange marmalade, makes for an elegant and interesting build on the classic martini.
With Winter in the air, the Brockmans Hot Apple Punch delivers a warming taste sensation starting with the familiar apple yet redefined by the soft, distinctive berry, cassia and citrus notes in Brockmans Gin. The addition of lemon juice and soothing cinnamon seasoning makes this unexpected combination of familiar flavors a must for any Winter cocktail menu. Aroma, balance and warmth bring comfort and joy to the winter holidays.
