America’s new organic vegetable, the broccoli leaf, is also an amazing vitamin and mineral rich superfood, company officials say. Touting all of the health benefits of broccoli, the organic Foxy BroccoLeaf has a sweeter, lighter flavor and is a powerhouse of calcium, vitamin C, folate, and phytonutrients necessary for vital detoxification, officials add. Last summer, Foxy toured the country teaching consumers how to “REJUICEINATE,” how to juice without wasting food.  Based on the success of last year’s in-store demos and positive retailer and consumer feedback, the company has expanded on it this year. “With such tremendous feedback from the 2014 Rejuiceinate program, we believe our newest, exciting in-store demos are a fantastic way for consumers to trial BroccoLeaf and experience firsthand the nutritional benefits and versatility of this new superfood,” says Matt Seeley, vice president marketing and brand management. Now, as the weather heats up, Foxy will once again wow shoppers in over 100 stores as they juice up fresh BroccoLeaf recipes during in store events. A savory cooked recipe will also be demonstrated for sampling. Foxy is handing out recipes, coupons, samples, and more.
