Entenmann's Teams Up with the Harlem Globetrotters for the 2017 Season

To make this year's tour even sweeter, Entenmann's will be joining the Globetrotters to share its donuts with fans throughout the country.

Entenmann's Bakery, a division of Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU), has partnered with the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters during the U.S. leg of their 2017 World Tour.

Known as worldwide icons, the Harlem Globetrotters have made their mark on fans young and old over the past 91 years with their family-friendly entertainment and incredible basketball skills. To make this year's tour even sweeter, Entenmann's will be joining the Globetrotters to share its donuts with fans throughout the country.

"The Harlem Globetrotters' fun-loving spirit embodies what Entenmann's delicious baked goods have meant to consumers for generations," says Lorraine Hale, senior director of marketing. "We are thrilled and honored to announce this partnership and hope to add to the smiles that the Globetrotters bring to families around the world."

Throughout the Harlem Globetrotters' 2017 season, fans will be able to sample Entenmann's Donuts at select games across the country and are in for a real treat as the team finds new ways to enjoy the classic favorite Rich Frosted, and bite sized Pop'ems Donuts. Starting Jan. 14, fans can enjoy even more of the fun on and off the court with meet and greet opportunities at key retail locations in select markets, and a sweepstakes featuring Globetrotters and Entenmann's-themed prizes. Fans are encouraged to check out the Entenmann's Donuts Facebook page to score the latest information on how to get involved.

"It's always fun when a partner comes to us with big ideas, and as fans will see, the 2017 Harlem Globetrotters season is going to be 'popping' with Entenmann's Donuts," says Howard Smith, president of the Harlem Globetrotters. "We've got a few tricks up our sleeve for the 2017 World Tour and Entenmann's Donuts will help make this year one for the record books."
