All hands were on deck Thursday for the grand opening of Eatwell Market in Chesterfield, Missouri—the second location of the health-food concept from Schnuck Markets.

The opening of the new store—Schnuck’s 115th overall—included a ribbon-cutting ceremony that was attended by Chesterfield Mayor Bob Nation, Schnucks' Chairman and CEO Todd Schnuck and Schnucks' Executive Vice President Ted Schnuck, among others.

“The 30,000-square-foot Boone’s Crossing location celebrates the connection of food, wellness and community by offering foods with exceptional taste and uncompromising ingredients, while providing opportunities for customers to discover new items each time they shop,” the company said in a statement.

Eatwell, which opened its first location in Columbia, Missouri, in 2020, specializes in natural and organic foods.

“We look forward to introducing St. Louis-area customers to our Eatwell Market, which will bring them a ‘beyond the expected’ shopping experience,” Schnucks Chairman and CEO Todd Schnuck said in a statement in late February. “This store will allow us to build on our mission to nourish people’s lives by offering shoppers a store where they can stay focused on health and wellness while also discovering new, local items.”
