Giant Eagle Promotes 'Alice in Wonderland'

PITTSBURGH — Giant Eagle is promoting the DVD release of the Disney movie "Alice in Wonderland" by offering bonus "fuelperks!"

Through June 9, all those who purchase a copy of the movie get 40 cents off per gallon of fuel. The price of the movie also counts toward regular fuelperks! earnings. Fuelperks! is a loyalty program that lets customers earn discounts on gas. For every $50 spent in Giant Eagle stores with a loyalty card, customers earn “fuelperks,” or discounts on fuel at Giant Eagle GetGo gas stations.

Meanwhile, Giant Eagle is promoting a Blu-ray combo pack of "Alice in Wonderland" for $14.99 with a $10 Internet coupon. The coupon is available to all those who sign up for the Disney Movie Rewards program. The combo pack includes a Blue-Ray and standard DVD, as well as a digital copy. Without the Internet coupon, the pack sells for $24.99. The standard DVD currently sells for $15.99 at Giant Eagle.
