SAN ANTONIO — H.E. Butt Grocery Co. is selling custom gift baskets for Father’s Day.

Among the selections is the “Sports Loving Dad” basket, which comes with beer, nuts, pretzels and the latest copy of Sports Illustrated magazine. “If your dad enjoys watching his favorite team with a cold draft in hand, then this basket is sure to liven up his spirits,” H-E-B writes in promotional materials.

Other basket selections include the “Gourmet Dad,” loaded with cheese, crackers and a bottle of wine; and “Grilling Dad,” an assortment of sauces, rubs and hot sauce. “If your dad spends his weekends smoking the perfect brisket, why not give him this grilling basket,” states H-E-B.

Shoppers can get discounts by using an in-store coupon for $3 off a basket costing $19.99 or more. The coupon is valid through June 22.
