Johnson & Johnson officially opened the doors of the new Johnson & Johnson Global Services delivery center in Tampa, Florida, fulfilling the commitment the company announced in August 2015 to establish their best-in-class site in the state.

The new 88.5 thousand square foot building is a state-of-the-art facility that opens with 240 Johnson & Johnson Global Services employees. By 2020 the company expects to locate 540 people in the center. Johnson & Johnson chose Tampa as its North America hub due to the availability of highly educated talent in the fields of Finance, Operations, Information Technology, Procurement and Human Resources.

"Today we celebrate opening this new center as the latest advancement in the proud history of the world's largest and most broadly-based health care company," said Erin Champlin, Vice President of Johnson & Johnson Global Services. "This new center expands our strong business presence within the state of Florida and we are excited to be a more active member of this vibrant Tampa community."
