Land O'Frost Inc., announces that Doug Skeoch, a 30-year food industry veteran, has joined the company as its Vice President of Sales. In this role, Mr. Skeoch will be responsible for establishing and executing the company’s national sales strategy.  He will also be actively involved in effective and efficient trade management strategies, and the superior execution of new product launches.

Skeoch brings significant expertise in strategic leadership and field sales management to Land O’Frost, say company officials. Throughout his career, he has has gained extensive knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry, and has experience across numerous food categories, including meat, dairy and deli and frozen products. He’s also worked with leading food companies to successfully launch numerous products. Prior to joining Land O’Frost, Mr. Skeoch oversaw national distribution and broker management for Kraft Churny, the company’s specialty cheese division. He also served as National Sales Operations Manager supporting the growth of Kraft’s Pizza Division to a $2 billion business.  He began his career with Oscar Mayer and he rapidly moved through a number of Field Sales and Sales Management positions.  Mr. Skeoch has taken on leadership roles in a variety of additional capacities during his 30-plus years in the industry.

Skeoch is a graduate of Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Penn., and received his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
