ReposiTrak reports new users reduce their level of non-compliance for maintaining records like Certificates of Liability, Hold Harmless Agreements, Letters of Continuing Guarantee and Third Party Audits by an average of 35% in the first 90 days. “ReposiTrak’s Compliance Management system does not just store documentation, its dashboards and alerts provide users with visibility to missing or expired documents, and where specifications have not be met,” says Rich McKeown, president of ReposiTrak.  “Users find it easy to use the One-touch 'Become Compliant' button, which enables immediate uploading and sharing of needed information.” Powered by Park City Group’s technology, the ReposiTrak platform helps manage regulatory, financial and brand risk associated with issues of food safety in the global food supply chain. The platform includes the Compliance Management system, which receives, stores and shares documentation, as well as manages compliance through dashboards and alerts for missing or expired documents; and the Track and Trace system, which quickly identifies the supply chain path taken by a product in the unfortunate event of a product recall. The solution reduces the risk in the supply chain by identifying backward chaining sources and forward chaining recipients of products in near real time. “We are seeing new user adoption of ReposiTrak and the speed of compliance improvement rapidly grow as we approach finalization of the Food Safety Modernization Act in less than a year,” says Randall K. Fields, chairman & CEO of Park City Group.  “FSMA is no different than Sarbanes-Oxley, and we see senior executives beginning to take responsibility for their company’s compliance.”
