NEW YORK - CondT Nast Publications, parent company of SN, reorganized its operations last week in the wake of the resignation of Mary Berner, president of CondT Nast's Fairchild division, of which SN is a part.

st's Vanity Fair magazine, retains his role overseeing The Golf Digest Publications.

Fairchild and Golf Digest late last year were folded into CondT Nast.

"I have been running my own division for the last several years, and after recent conversations regarding the new structure of CondT Nast, I came to the conclusion that it was an appropriate time for me to pursue career opportunities outside of the company," Berner said. She is slated to remain at CondT Nast through the end of January.

CondT Nast is a division of Advance Publications, which also owns Parade Magazine, American City Business Journals and about 25 daily newspapers around the country.
