Shoppers at select Metropolitan Market stores in the Greater Seattle area can now receive same-day grocery delivery through Amazon, the Seattle-based company announced Tuesday.

That includes Metropolitan Market stores in Sammamish, Queen Anne, Tacoma, and Crown Hill. The online retail giant is promoting the new service by offering Amazon Prime members free delivery on their first three orders of $10 or more.

“Collaborating with Amazon aligns with our ongoing commitment to serving our guests where they are, and providing them with the highest quality food and ingredients they have come to know and love from our stores,” said Metropolitan Market CEO Ron Megahan.

Amazon also announced it is expanding its relationship with Weis Markets, expanding its grocery delivery service to six more stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

“By teaming up with well-loved grocers like Metropolitan Market, we’re offering our customers in the Greater Seattle area even more selection, value, and convenience as they shop for their favorite foods online,” said Christian Seitel, Amazon’s head of U.S. grocery partnerships. “We look forward to expanding our two-hour delivery window offering to more Metropolitan Market and Weis Markets locations in the future.”
